The format and dates are set by the State Department of Agriculture, and the Regional Council's own annual report includes the schemes it implements. Who Reports What
Progress reporting follows the scheme's chain: RCs, the State Department of Agriculture, and the Ministry.
PKVY funds flow from the Centre to the State, to the Regional Councils, and on to farmers. Progress reports travel back up the same chain. The State Department of Agriculture sets the reporting format and dates for its RCs and agencies.
Separately, each Regional Council's annual report under the PGS-India guidelines (Format-15) has a table on government schemes implemented: scheme, year, area, farmers, groups, and certificates issued as PGS-Green and PGS-Organic.
Do not assume a fixed deadline such as 31 March. Confirm the date with the State Department of Agriculture each year.
