Why the Crop Looks Inactive

Scope certificates are issued season by season, with the estimated yields approved during peer appraisal. If a farmer's crop for the season has a sowing or harvest date that is wrong, or the season has closed, the portal may find no current crop to certify.
Correcting Crop Dates
Compare the portal's dates with the group's records and the signed worksheet, and correct from proof.

Generating the Certificate
Choose the right status for each farmer, then check the certificate before sharing it.
- PGS-Green for farmers in conversion; PGS-Organic for those who completed conversion without major non-compliance.
- After RC approval, the group leader can generate the scope certificate online.
- Check every name, crop and area on the certificate before sharing it.
